soak poha in water for 5 mins and then strain it..remove all the water from the poha
Then take a bowl
Add boiled arbhi n poha in it n mix it well
Then add rice flour n all spices in it except chaat masala
Add ajwain,onion n sesame in it n mix it well n make fine mixture
Then take a small bowl
Put 1tsp of ghee in it
Then put this small bowl in the middle of mixture
Put hot charcoal in small bowl n cover it for 10 mins so that smoke comes into the mixture
Then make small cutlet shapes of the mixture
Deep fry all cutlets till it become golden brown n crispy..
Sprinkle chaat masala on it..
N serve hot with chatni ,sauce..
